Mission
INWPR is a registered non-profit charity whose mission is to rescue unwanted pugs in the Idaho Panhandle/Greater Spokane, Washington area and place them in loving permanent homes. Toward that end, we work with area shelters and other rescue groups.
All rescued pugs are seen by our vet and spayed and neutered prior to placement by INWPR. We spend an average of $200 per pug on vet care, and more if you factor in food, supplies, time and gas, so we now have to ask for a processing fee with your application.
If you are interested in adopting one of our pugs, send in your completed application with a $5 nonrefundable processing fee. There is no need to email us about your interest. No placements will occur without a signed adoption application. Unsigned and/or incomplete applications and emailed applications will be discarded. Applications are kept on file for six months.
We will not adopt outside the Spokane Washington/Coeur d'Alene Idaho (Panhandle) area. Save time and do not inquire or apply if you live outside our area. This is a hard and fast policy: NO EXCEPTIONS ANY MORE.

Spokane County Dog Park at Stateline, exit 299 off I-90.
This will eventually move to the Coeur d'Alene Off Leash dog
park when one is created (it's in the works).
